INNOVATIVE DESIGN
The TITAN Hi-TEN based panel construction method of fully encapsulating the high performance chipboard core with die formed top and bottom galvanized sheets which are then mechanically locked and post formed, constructs into a panel that has a unique in-built stringer to the underside of each panel edge.
All TITAN Hi-TEN panels have a die formed recess to the underside of each corner to allow for genuine positive location of the panel to the universal pedestal assembly.
At only 27mm overall thickness, TITAN Hi-TEN panels increase the available void space and are light and easy to handle.
SUPERIOR STRUCTURAL PERFORMANCE
The unique in-built stringer feature gives each TITAN Hi-TEN panel a high level of tensile rigidity which translates to lower deflections at high loadings when tested to international standards.
QUALITY
The fully automated manufacturing process means that every TITAN Hi-TEN panel is produced to exacting dimensional tolerances which allows for high modular control, inter-changeability and level between panels during and after installation.
